The location was fantastic – just off a bustling area yet peaceful at night 🙌. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help and even listened patiently to my broken Spanish – that’s something! 👍

The central location places you just a short walk from major attractions, yet you find a quiet little retreat on a side street. The terrace rooms offer a spacious outdoor area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

However, the shower pressure left much to be desired, making it more of a drizzle than a refreshing rinse. Furthermore, the soundproofing isn't ideal. you can hear conversations from adjacent rooms and hallway activity, which might disrupt a peaceful night's sleep. Daily housekeeping felt a bit lacking, as surfaces often appeared untouched, and replenishing amenities seemed inconsistent. If you're in search of a tranquil getaway, these quirks might be a bit annoying.

i recently stayed for two nights and found this place exceeded my expectations significantly compared to my last budget trip in madrid. the location was perfect for exploring, and my double room was spacious and well-appointed. the staff provided an excellent level of service, making my trip even more enjoyable.

Had a lovely stay with a spacious room that made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the aromatherapy and foot massage options in the wellness area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only thing I noticed was the thin walls, which made it a bit noisy at times, but overall, it didn’t ruin our experience! 😊

I enjoyed a comfortable stay for two nights, appreciated the spacious bathroom, and was impressed by the cleanliness. Staff members were exceptionally friendly, especially Sandra, who helped me with directions and printing my documents. A central yet peaceful location made for a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay for 4 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Terrace. The location is perfect, close to attractions but quiet. The room was spacious and allowed easy movement. I appreciated the effective service and clean environment. It felt secure with good access controls. 🌟
